The intake form collects what you choose to share. We use it for one thing: reviewing your situation and responding to you. It is not added to a marketing list. The site uses only the cookies it needs to work. No advertising pixels, no visitor profiling.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Your mortgage file.<\/strong> When you engage us, we collect only what the work requires: identification, income, assets, debts, credit history, and the property details. Your Social Insurance Number helps match your credit file accurately, and you can decline to provide it. Your credit report is pulled once, with your written consent.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Your file is shared only with the people the work requires: the lenders considering your application, mortgage default insurers, credit reporting agencies, your lawyer or notary, an appraiser when one is needed, and our brokerage. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing.<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Where your file lives.<\/strong> We operate under BRX Mortgage Inc. in Ontario and BRX Hypoth\u00e8que inc. in Quebec. The brokerage holds the official record of your file and keeps it for the period the regulators require, then destroys it securely.
